The Modern House is a design icon within the world of real estate and recently decided to focus mainly on contemporary properties. To meet the requirements of a 21st century brand, a new flexible logo system was created, that adopts and adapts the capital letters from the main logotype each time. In addition, their website was updated, as well as their weekly newsletters, social media and the monthly newspaper showcasing their latest properties. The new corporate identity was then thoroughly documented in a new set of guidelines.
